When will my order ship and from where?

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Returns are accepted if the product is unopened. Follow our refund policy for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Twint, and other secure payment options.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Switzerland.
